Where you can buy, and how you pay

Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, Japan, Singapore, Norway and Switzerland. Prices are in Australian dollars, and you pay with PayPal.

Right now we sell to buyers in Australia, New Zealand, the US, Canada, Japan, Singapore, Norway and Switzerland. If you’re somewhere else, checkout won’t go through. In the rare case a payment does go through first, it’s refunded to you in full automatically.

Payment

Payment goes through PayPal, so we never see your card or bank details. When an order completes, our payment server keeps a small record of it so we can deliver your pack, let you download it again, answer questions and handle refunds.

How long your printable pack link works

We keep the record for 2 years after the last activity on the order (your purchase, or the last time we resent your link), then it is deleted automatically. For party-pack payments, a checkout you start but don’t finish is kept for 30 days, and PayPal’s payment notices for 60 days. Once your record is deleted, your unlock link stops working.

Printable pack refunds

If your pack doesn't work or isn't as described, email porter@gislerlabs.com within 30 days and we'll make it right or refund you.

Iris Art

A high-res PNG and a print-ready PDF, in your download once you approve your preview. Previews are usually ready within 48–72 hours, and we email you when your preview is ready. Your download link lasts 7 days after you approve your preview, so save the files.

If your artwork doesn’t work or isn’t as described, email porter@gislerlabs.com within 30 days and we’ll make it right or refund you. If we can’t use your photo, you get a full refund.
